Service Description

Accounts must be manually deactivated for Colleague, CROA, EasySpooler, Informer and Perceptive Content (ImageNow).

When an employee or student employee, leaves their position, please request their access be deactivated.  

These systems follow an approval process and therefore this form is only available to designated staff.  

Because access to these areas is created manually, please allow up to 7 days for access to be set up.
