Echo360 403 Forbidden - Error Message (displays if you used public links)

Overview: Public links and embed code no longer work with Echo360

If you used public links or old embed code to share your videos with students in Canvas or other locations, the video link is no longer accessible. The following error message displays "403 Forbidden: Sorry but this link has been deactivated. Please contact your instructor or administrator.
