Zoom Phone Help

Overview

SVSU is transitioning to the Zoom Phone System on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. Please log into your Zoom account to set up voicemail and business hours before the migration. Zoom Phone migration will begin after 11:45 AM, with ITS staff assisting across campus. You may also follow the self-setup instructions provided on this page like how to login to Zoom, view how-to videos, reference quick guides and learn helpful tips.

Note: If you are not in your office, we will coordinate access with the appropriate person in your department. If you are in a meeting or on a call your phone won't port until you've completed your call.

If you have not received a phone or headset and need one please select Create Ticket (on the right-side of the page)
