Log In or Log Out of a Call Queue using the Zoom Mobile App

Overview

Some departments on campus utilize Call Queues in order to receive calls into the main line. The Article will assist users who are utilizing the Mobile client in logging in and out of the Call Queues.

 

Step 1:

  • Launch the Zoom Mobile App
    • The Zoom Mobile App can be downloaded from the Google Play store or Apple store if needed

Step 2:

  • Tap your account in the upper-right corner

Step 3:

  • Select Settings

  • Select Phone

  • Select Call Queues

Step 6:

  • Select the RD On-Call toggle
    • If the toggle is Green, you will receive calls
    • If the toggle is Grey, you will not receive calls
