For security reasons implemented by Microsoft and SVSU, mobile device mail and Apple Mail unable to get SVSU Email and are not supported. For the best user experience, use the instructions below to get Email and Calendar access using the Microsoft Outlook app. You may also access SVSU Email from a web browser at email.svsu.edu on any device.
Android
Use the instructions below to add Outlook Email and Calendar to your Android phone or tablet.

Install the Microsoft Outlook for Android app from the Google Play Store and then open it.

Tap Get Started.

Outlook may detect your Google accounts. Tap Skip to move on to the next step.

At Add Account, enter your SVSU Email address and tap Continue.

Enter your SVSU Email address and Password when prompted and then select Sign In or Next.

If prompted for MFA, verify your identity using your selected method (Microsoft Authenticator app, text, or OATH token).

At the Add Another Account screen tap Maybe Later to continue.

Outlook is now installed on your Android device.
Set up email in the Outlook for Android app
iOS
Use the instructions below to add Outlook Email and Calendar to your iPhone or iPad.

Download Microsoft Outlook for iOS from the iOS App Store and then open it.

Tap Get Started.

Enter your SVSU Email address and tap Add Account.

Enter your SVSU Email address and Password when prompted and then select Sign In.

Select your notification preferences of No Thanks or Turn On.
