Service Description
An email alias is a way to create an additional name for your email account. This allows you to create an alternative email address without having to create another email box. Keep in mind you can not send from an alias.
If you need a new email alias and have a valid reason for it please use the "Create Ticket" option.
NOTE: This does not change the original email address. It provides an alternate address that can be published on business cards or web sites, to send to and it routes to your official email mailbox. The sender email address will be the original address, not the alternate/alias.
