SVSU uses Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) to help you manage your account access and passwords. There are two ways to change your SVSU password. If you know your current password and it has not expired, you need to complete only one of them. Follow Method 1 - svsu.edu or Method 2 - Your Microsoft Account.

Username changes can be requested after a legal name change is processed. Proof of change must be provided (in person) to the appropriate offices identified below.
