Open / Lab Printers - Reporting an Issue

In browser type mysupport.svsu.edu

In Search bar type - printers

Select Printers & Scanners - Report an Issue

Select Create Ticket

Fill out required fields

FYI:
If you do not know the Print Queue Name use a question mark (?)
If you do not know the Device Model use a question mark (?)
Kiosk = Open Printers
Kyocera MFP = Open Printers

Full Description: Brief description of issue.  Please provide location of printer (building, floor, room #)

Select Request to submit ticket
