Clearing Cache for Workday Mobile App
For iOS Devices
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Open Apps
- Scroll down and tap on Workday.
- Turn ON the toggle switch for Reset on next launch by moving the slider to the right.
- Relaunch the Workday mobile app.
For Android Devices
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap on Apps.
- Find and tap on Workday.
- Tap on Storage.
- Select Clear cache (or Clear data to clear both data and cache, then tap OK).
- Relaunch the Workday mobile app.
