Clearing Cache for Workday Mobile App

For iOS Devices

1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Open Apps
3. Scroll down and tap on Workday.
4. Turn ON the toggle switch for Reset on next launch by moving the slider to the right.
5. Relaunch the Workday mobile app.

For Android Devices

1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Tap on Apps.
3. Find and tap on Workday.
4. Tap on Storage.
5. Select Clear cache (or Clear data to clear both data and cache, then tap OK).
6. Relaunch the Workday mobile app.
