TerminalFour (T4) is SVSU’s content management system used to manage website content. Colleges, departments, and organizations can use T4 to update web pages and upload documents to the SVSU website.
If you or someone in your office would like training or a refresher on using T4 to update your department’s website, please submit an IT ticket to request T4 training or assistance.
Inactive Content Removal
Inactive or deleted sections and content are regularly removed from the T4 application. Any items marked as Inactive will be permanently removed from the system on a monthly basis.
Sections
Only sections marked as Inactive (red) within the Site Structure page list are subject to removal. Sections with a status of Pending (yellow) or Approved (black) will not be purged.
Content
Content marked as Inactive (deleted content) is eligible for removal. Content with a status of Approved or Pending will not be purged.
