How to Access KnowBe4: Security Awareness Training

Go to www.svsu.edu.
Click mySVSU in the top menu.
Log in with your SVSU credentials and complete authentication if prompted.
Click the Technology Support dropdown capsule button.
Select KnowBe4: Security Awareness Training
You may be asked to log in again.
Locate your required course, in the list.
Click the Start button to begin.
When finished, look for a notification confirming that all assigned training is complete.
