Support options for SVSU-owned PCs, Macs, laptops, monitors, scanners, tablets, and other peripherals.
- Evaluate computer equipment needs (consulting before purchasing)
- Equipment Move/Relocation (If the "move" involves a phone please notify Tish Yaros x4685).
- Re-provision (rebuild system for new employee)
- Install New Hardware/Software (or recycle)
- Virus Removal
- General Questions or Technical Assistance
When filling out the form, be sure to provide the computer name or service tag information.
How to find the computer/device name:
- Windows devices: right-click on Windows Start button and choose System
- Mac devices: go to System Preferences>Sharing
NOTE regarding printer support:
- For Managed Kyocera and Sharp devices, please refer to the vendor sticker on the front of the printer. Contact the vendor, providing the device Tag #, to report equipment failures.
- For non-managed devices, please use the Printer & Scanners - Report an Issue service.
