Service Description

Support options for SVSU-owned PCs, Macs, laptops, monitors, scanners, tablets, and other peripherals.

  • Evaluate computer equipment needs (consulting before purchasing)
  • Equipment Move/Relocation (If the "move" involves a phone please notify Tish Yaros x4685).
  • Re-provision (rebuild system for new employee)
  • Install New Hardware/Software (or recycle)
  • Virus Removal
  • General Questions or Technical Assistance

When filling out the form, be sure to provide the computer name or service tag information

How to find the computer/device name:

  • Windows devices:  right-click on Windows Start button and choose System 
  • Mac devices:  go to System Preferences>Sharing

NOTE regarding printer support: 

  • For Managed Kyocera and Sharp devices, please refer to the vendor sticker on the front of the printer.  Contact the vendor, providing the device Tag #, to report equipment failures.
  • For non-managed devices, please use the Printer & Scanners - Report an Issue service.
