Add shared calendars to the Microsoft Outlook mobile app.

Add a Shared Calendar

  1. Open the Outlook app on your device.
  2. Tap the Calendar icon at the bottom-right of the Outlook app.

  3. Tap your Profile icon at the top left of your device.

  4. Tap the calendar icon at the top-left of your device.

  5. Tap Add shared calendars.

  6. Tap Search for people or rooms to bring up your keyboard.

  7. Type a person’s name, then tap their name when it appears in the suggested list. The person will not get a notification that you have added their calendar.

    If a person has not shared their calendar with you will see Busy because that person has not given you permissions to their calendar.
     
  8. The calendar is added to your list of shared calendars. To hide a person’s calendar click the checkbox to clear it.

Change the Color Preference or Remove the Calendar

  1. Open the Outlook app.
  2. Tap the Calendar icon at the bottom-right of the Outlook app.

  3. Tap your Profile icon at the top left of your device.

  4. Tap the gear icon to the right of the person’s name to open additional settings.

  5. Tap a color to set a color preference for the person’s calendar.
  6. Tap REMOVE SHARED CALENDAR to remove a person’s calendar. The result is instant on your phone and syncs the changes to all Outlook synced devices.
