Library Collaboration Room Instructor Station

Any media source can be sent to any projectors around the classroom.  Each collaboration table can also accept media sources for local, group discussions.

1.  Turn system power on. 2.  Choose Collaboration.

*  Choose Standard Presentation if performing a traditional, instructor-led presentation.

The touch panel illustrates a list of displays showing which source is currently displaying.

3a.  Choose a source by touching the label.

3b.  Select which display to send that source to by touching the desired display icon in the list, or touch the Combine All button to send that source to all displays.

* To use wireless Airtame sources, follow instructions for Collaboration Spaces at each table station.

Mute and Volume Adjustments for podium sources. Audio for collaboration tables is controlled locally.

Advanced Options provides Mute for collaboration space sources and the option to lock the source so only the instructor can change the input.

Each table allows users to meet in a small group environment. Laptops can be connected to the display via HDMI or the Airtame app. Mobile devices are not compatible.
Many conference rooms across campus support wireless presentations from Win, Mac PC, and Android devices. Devices must be connected to SVSUSecure WiFi and have the Airtame software installed.
