Library Collaboration Table Stations

Many conference rooms across campus support wireless presenting from Win, Mac PC, and Android devices.  Limited mirroring is available on iDevices.​  Devices must be connected to SVSUSecure WiFi and have the MirrorOp software installed.

Power

On and Off buttons are found on the wall-mounted control box.  Make sure the TV/projector are off when not in use and before leaving the room.

Enzo

Tap the Enzo button and follow instructions on the screen to wirelessly mirror most* devices to the projector.  Your device must be connected to the SVSUSecure Wi-Fi.

Audio

Check that your device is not muted.  Adjust the volume on your device and by using the knob on the wall-mounted control box.

Saving White Board Annotations

Annotations cannot be saved by the Collaboration System.  Use your device to take a photo of annotations you would like to save.

Whiteboard Controls

Touch the projected image on the whiteboard to make the annotation toolbar appear.  Select the digital whiteboard or projected device tab and use your finger to draw with the pen tools.
