Many conference rooms across campus support wireless presentations from Win, Mac PC, and Android devices. Devices must be connected to SVSUSecure WiFi and have the Airtame software installed.
Power
On and Off buttons are found on the wall-mounted control box. Make sure the TV/projector is off when not in use and before leaving the room.
Airtame
Tap the Airtame button and follow the instructions on the screen to wirelessly connect most devices to the projector using the Airtame app ( Download Airtame app ). Your device must be connected to the SVSUSecure Wi-Fi.
Audio
Check that your device is not muted. You can adjust the volume on your device and by using the knob on the wall-mounted control box.
Saving White Board Annotations
Annotations cannot be saved by the Collaboration System. Use your device to take a photo of the annotations you would like to save.
Whiteboard Controls
Touch the projected image on the whiteboard to make the annotation toolbar appear. Select the digital whiteboard or projected device tab and use your finger to draw with the pen tools.
