Online Course Evaluations - Accessing Submissions

Evaluation submission results become available to instructors the day after grades are due.

Access the Online Course Evaluations page

Log into Canvas and click on "Account," “Profile,” and then “Course Evaluations.”

NOTE:  It sometimes takes a few seconds for the "Course Evaluation" link to show up, so wait if you don't see it right away.

If you have a student role in any courses, you will automatically be entered into EvaluationKIT with the Student/Respondent role.  If this happens, click the drop-down in the upper right and choose “Instructor” to enter the instructor role.

Access Student Submissions

Click on “Results” tab along the top and choose “Instructor Results.”

Click the “Project” drop-down, select the correct semester and then click the “Select” button.

Now that your project has been selected, click the “Search” button.

At the bottom of the page are the Online Course Evaluations you have.  Click the button to the far right under the “View” column to see your report options, then click on the one you’d like to download.  You may need to download more than one to get all the data you want.
