How to Fix Colleague UI When it is Hung at the Blue Screen

If you are working from off campus and Colleague UI hangs at the blue screen in Chrome, try the following steps:

  • the failed login screen needs to be the active tab
  • right click the padlock to the left of the URL/site address
  • click Cookies
  • highlight svsu.edu
  • click Remove
  • click colui5-prod.ec.svsu.edu
  • click Remove
  • click Done
  • close the current tab
  • open a new tab
  • load Colleague UI

If that does't work, then reboot the computer.
