SurveyMonkey

SVSU offers access to SurveyMonkey through an Enterprise License available to faculty and staff. If you would like a license set up for your account, please contact the SVSU IT Support Center and we will be happy to assist you.

To get started, you can visit the SurveyMonkey support page for step by step instructions and helpful guides on using the platform.

With the Enterprise License, you also have access to SurveyMonkey’s phone support and 24 hour email support. After browsing their support guides, you can select the “I still need help” option to connect directly with their team.
