Overview
Use a Wacom tablet in place a touch screen device for Windows or MacOS. Use the Draw feature in Microsoft apps, and get creative, draw diagrams, annotate screen content, photo edit, and more,
Windows: Set up your Wacom pen tablet
- Go to https://www.wacom.com/en-us/support/product-support/drivers, in the search bar type in CTL-4100.
- Scroll down the page and click on Download Windows Driver, see sample image below:
- Click the installation file to install.
- Click Restart Now when prompted which completes the installation.
- The application starts upon booting the computer
- Click through the brief tutorial of how the tablet works and click Next through several screens.
- You should see the Wacom Desktop Center
- In the left menu navigation, click Updates > Firmware update
- NOTE: Ensure your Wacom tablet is connected to your computer during the update process. Do not shut down, power off, or stop the update once it's started. During the update, your device will appear to be disconnected.
- Click Update
macOS: Set up your Wacom tablet
Note: Follow the on-screen prompts if needed to modify the system security settings.
- Go to https://www.wacom.com/en-us/support/product-support/drivers, in the search bar type in CTL-4100.
- Scroll down the page and click Download Mac Driver, see sample image below:
- Double click (left) to open the installation file.
- Click the installation package "Install Wacom Tablet.pkg"
- The installation wizard opens click Continue twice, click to Agree to the license agreement, click Install.
- When prompted click Continue to proceed, you will need to restart your computer to install the software.
- Click Restart when prompted.
