Airtame Collaboration Room Instructor Station

Any media source can be sent to any projectors around the classroom.  Each Collaboration table can also accept media sources for local, group discussions.

(Seven display rooms: C130, CCB113, CCB114, CCB201, CCB216, and CCB217)

Choose Standard or Collaboration Mode

1.  Turn the system power on.

2.  Choose Standard Presentation if performing a traditional, instructor-led presentation with 2 front projectors.
OR
Choose Collaboration if using the 7 stations around the room.

A. Standard Mode

  • Powers the Left and Right Projectors.
  • Sources supplying AUDIO must be sent to Right Projector to be heard.

B. Collaboration Mode

  • Powers the 7 projectors around the room.  Airtame is the default source at each table.
  • To use Airtame or HDMI sources, use the Collaboration Space instructions, at the table.

Touch the Combine All button to send that source to all displays.  Audio is sent to the local table’s projector automatically.  If the audio should be heard by the entire classroom, send the table source to the Ceiling Speakers.

The touch panel illustrates a list of displays showing which source is currently displaying. Use the Mute Mic, Mute Speaker and Volume Adjustments to control podium sources. Table volume is controlled locally. See 3a and 3b below.
