General Outlook Questions
Considering single-sign-on, how can others access their email accounts from my computer?
The “best security practice” would be to logout of the computer and have the other individual login on the computer. There is another option to “lock” the workstation and use the Switch User option to allow them to login (keeping your session active in the computer’s memory but requiring your password to have access to it).
Another option is to use the browser’s Private Browsing option. This will allow you to create separate sessions using alternate accounts. See the related Knowledge Article.

What is Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) for your Email?
ATP consists of two parts, Safe Links and Safe Attachments. Safe Links will prevent you from visiting malicious sites from links in emails or Office documents.
Safe Attachments scans email attachments and checks them for malicious content. Malicious attachments will be removed from the email and replaced with a .txt file. The .txt file will explain that malware was detected and will provide the name of the file that was removed. See the related Knowledge Article.
Why didn’t I receive an email message into my Inbox?
There are a variety of reasons that a message sent to you may not end up in your inbox. The most common reasons are:
Rules, Focused Inbox, Junk Email and Allow/Block Sender Lists and Quarantine. See the related Knowledge Article.
