Airtame Collaboration Room Table Stations

Each table allows users to meet in a small group environment. Laptops can be connected to the display via HDMI or the Airtame app. Mobile devices are not compatible.

Power

Turn the power on to the projector by using the touch panel in the front of the room and selecting Collaboration, or by using the On button on the wall-mounted control box

HDMI

HDMI: If connecting with an HDMI cable, plug the HDMI cable into your laptop and into the port that is directly below the screen on the wall.  Select HDMI from the wall-mounted control box.

Airtame

Airtame: Connect wirelessly using the Airtame app airtame.com/start. Select Airtame from the wall-mounted control box.  Follow the instructions on the screen to download and use Airtame.

Audio

Audio is sent to the local table’s projector.  If the audio should be heard by the entire classroom, Collaboration must be selected from the touch panel at the front of the room, then send the table source to the Ceiling Speakers.

Whiteboard Controls

Touch the projected image on the whiteboard to make the annotation toolbar appear.  Select the digital whiteboard or projected device tab and use your finger to draw with the pen tools

Saving Whiteboard Annotations

Annotations cannot be saved by the Collaboration System.  Use your device to take a photo of annotations you would like to save.
