Service Description

Report issues or request assistance for printers and/or scanners that are not working properly.

How to request assistance for specific kinds of printers:

  • Managed Devices - Shared Kyocera MFP and Sharpt Office printer are under contracted services.
    • Please refer to the vendor sticker on the front of the printer, for information about how to contact the vendor and providing the device Tag #.
    • Toner is available via Central Stores.
  • Non-Managed printers, click the Request Assistance button to the right and provide details of the issue.
