Colleague Reporting and Operating Analytics (CROA) is a report writing software. It reports off a copy of the Colleague data. The data copy is refreshed every morning between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
Access to CROA can be requested under the Administrative & Business Systems category, Enterprise Applications Access Request service. Only designated staff can complete the access request.
