Workday Scheduled Future Processes
View Scheduled Future Processes Report
- Search for Scheduled Future Processes
- Click on Scheduled Future Processes report
- Enter report criteria as needed or leave blank to view all
- Click OK
- Click on the column headers to sort or filter the report items
To suspend a process
- Click on the related actions button next to the Scheduled Process
- Click Schedule Future Processes
- Click Suspend
- The Status in the last column should now display Suspended
To Activate a process
- Click on the related actions button next to the Scheduled Process
- Click Schedule Future Processes
- Click Activate
To Edit, Delete or Change a scheduled process
- Click on the related actions button next to the Scheduled Process
- Click Schedule Future Processes
- Select the appropriate action
