Please try these methods of support prior to submitting an IT support ticket:

  1. Check the Workday website on mySVSU
    1. Review the Known Workday Issues
    2. Review Training Materials including job aids and videos
    3. Use the list of Support Contacts and contact the appropriate person for assistance
      1. Enterprise Applications and IT Support Services do not provide Workday functionality support.  You need to contact the appropriate department.
  2. Ask a colleague or supervisor for assistance
