How to Favorite an Article or Service Page

Overview: My Favorites 

 You can mark articles or services that you use often as a favorite for quick future access. Follow the instructions below.

Adding a Article or Service Page to My Favorites

1. If you are not logged in. Go to the client portal at https://mysupport.svsu.edu/
2. Click Sign In (top-right of your screen)
3. Search for the Knowledge Base article or Service Catalog page that you want to favorite for easy access, then select as appropriate to open it.
4. On the right side of your screen, click Add to Favorites.
   

Accessing My Favorites

1. If you are not logged in. Go to the client portal at https://mysupport.svsu.edu/
2. Click Sign In (top-right of your screen)
3. In the top navigation bar, click Services or Knowledge Base, depending on which Favorites you want to view.
4. On the sub-menu, click My Favorites.
   
   
    
5. A list of your favorite article(s) and service(s), click its name to open it as appropriate.

Remove a Article or Service Page from My Favorites.

Open the article or service page from My Favorites and click Remove button to the right of the item.​​​​
