Overview

Stay organized with Microsoft Planner, a planning and project management app from Microsoft 365 available from the app launcher (waffle). Planner allows you to stay on top of your tasks, assign tasks to others, set goals and due dates, chat and share files, see progress updates on a web-based dashboard, and notified when a comment is made on a task, and more.

Planner integrates with other Microsoft 365 apps. You can add Planner to Microsoft Teams and create a new Team based on existing plan. Note: If you create a new plan you will automatically create an Microsoft 365 group and sync content. If you use the Microsoft To-Do app (handy integration with Outlook, creates tasks automatically from a flagged email), all tasks assigned to you will appear in "Assigned to me."
