Downloading Transcripts from MS Stream

Log in to portal.office.com
Use the waffle-shaped app launcher to select Stream.
Click My content - Videos.
Click the thumbnail of the video.
Click the More menu icon, then Update video details
Select English as the Video Language
Make other Permission or Option changes then click the Apply button at the top of the screen.
After transcripts have processed and they are available, in the Options section, click Download file.
1 file is downloaded that is file format .vtt .
In a web browser, go to
https://web.microsoftstream.com/VTTCleaner/CleanVTT.html
Click Choose Files
Navigate to the .vtt file and choose Open.
Click Copy transcript.
Click OK to acknowledge that the text has been copied.
Open Word and paste the copied transcript into a new document.
